Adam Grodecki

I lead our mission to shape the next generation of leadership, helping senior leaders navigate complexity, act with integrity and use their power to serve the long-term good. I'm guided by two beliefs: that better is always possible - in our world, our organisations and ourselves - and that  leaders are the most powerful force for change.

Before the Forward Institute, I co-founded Student Hubs and worked at The Boston Consulting Group. I serve as a Governor of Ark Academy and on the Advisory Board of The Evidence Initiative. Recognised by the World Economic Forum as a Global Shaper, I’m focused on helping leaders build institutions that contribute to a more sustainable and just society.
