As a Director at the Forward Institute, I partner with ambitious leadership teams who are serious about the impact they want to have and know that leadership and culture are the most powerful strategic enablers for them to unlock.

I bring decades of experience working in purpose, brand, strategy, leadership development and executive coaching to inform the design of powerful interventions that inspire visionary thinking, build deep connection and drive the right things forward.

Prior to joining the Forward Institute, I was Managing Director at Neo, a creative agency for purpose-driven organisations and more recently a Partner at Within People, an international leadership and culture consultancy. I’ve been fortunate to work internationally and experience the leadership and culture contexts in many different countries.

For me, leadership development is human development and the work we do as leaders shaping organisations that incentivise the very best of humanity, is the work that matters most, and its the work I most love to do.
