As Director of Programmes at the Forward Institute, I lead transformative learning experiences that help senior leaders build the mindset, vision, and capabilities to use their leadership as a force for change. I design and deliver programmes that blend challenge with care and creativity, using personal growth to fuel real-world impact.
My work combines leadership development, business design and social purpose. I help leaders connect who they are (and want to be) to the strategies and visions they’re driving, translating lived, everyday leadership into organisational performance and impact.
Before joining the Forward Institute, I spent two decades building and scaling mission-driven organisations, working through senior leadership teams, from replicating the Nobel Prize–winning Grameen Bank across the Middle East and Latin America, to growing and scaling social ventures in the UK through Private Equity.
I’m passionate about unlocking our capacity to have bold, creative visions of what’s possible and helping leaders and organisations be a force that create it. I believe that with joy, creativity and courage, extraordinary things can happen.
